When doing Funeral Catering, Anthony’s staff will carry out their duties in a dignified, quiet and respectful manner. The buffet tables will be skirted and beautifully set with an array of the food selections you have chosen. Bar and drink service will be set up in an appropriate location. Food items can range from Heavy Hors d’oeuvres to cold deli style platters or to a combination of cold and hot selections. All the Condolence Food items will be prepared in our kitchens and made from the freshest ingredients.
