• Choice of first quality meats, cheeses, and vegetables priced according to the selected items.
• Provolone cheese, mozzarella cheese, Genoa salami, pepperoni, capicola, prosciutto, assorted olives, pickled vegetables, marinated mushrooms, grilled zucchini, crostine bread, water crackers, and other items of ones choice can be made available for the Antipasto Station.
• ASSORTED CANAP'E TARTLETS
• Phyllo pastry dough tartlets filled with a choice of chicken salad, tuna salad, shrimp salad, salmon mousse, vegetable, egg salad and southwestern creamy spinach.
• Assorted fillings of your choice available upon request.
• BLACK BEAN CORN SALSA
• A combination of black beans, corn, cilantro, red onions, diced tomatoes, and Jalapeños, seasoned with lime juice and a selection of herbs. Served with Tortilla Chips.
• COCKTAIL SHRIMP
• Jumbo shrimp served with cocktail sauce
• CUCUMBER LEMON PEPPER CANAP'ES
• Served on a pumpernickel round.

• Cherry tomatoes filled with boursin cheese.

• Philadelphia, California and Tuna Rolls served with soy, ginger and wasabi.
