Cold Hors D'oeuvres


INTERNATIONAL CHEESE, FRUIT & VEGETABLE MONTAGE
Imported cheeses and seasonal fruits served with assorted crackers. Cheese selections may include havarti, swiss, muenster, provolone mozzarella, pepper jack, and cheddar. An array of seasonal fruits, such as, cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapples, strawberries, oranges, red and green grapes. Broccoli, cauliflower, seasonal squash, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, carrots, celery, red and green peppers, cucumbers, and black olives and an array of vegetables served with creamy ranch dressing.

ANTIPASTO STATION
Choice of first quality meats, cheeses, and vegetables priced according to the selected items. Provolone cheese, mozzarella cheese, Genoa salami, pepperoni, capicola, prosciutto, assorted olives, pickled vegetables, marinated mushrooms, grilled zucchini, crostine bread, water crackers, and other items of ones choice can be made available for the Antipasto Station.

ASSORTED CANAP'E TARTLETS
Phyllo pastry dough tartlets filled with a choice of chicken salad, tuna salad, shrimp salad, salmon mousse, vegetable, egg salad and southwestern creamy spinach. Assorted fillings of your choice available upon request.

BLACK BEAN CORN SALSA
A combination of black beans, corn, cilantro, red onions, diced tomatoes, and Jalapeños,
seasoned with lime juice and a selection of herbs. Served with Tortilla Chips.

COCKTAIL SHRIMP
Jumbo shrimp served with cocktail sauce

CUCUMBER LEMON PEPPER CANAP'ES
Served on a pumpernickel round.

JUMBO SHRIMP WRAPPED IN PEAPODS

MARINATED MUSHROOMS
Mushrooms marinated in extra-virgin olive oil, juiced and zested lemon, sliced garlic cloves, thyme, bay leaves and other selected herbs and seasonings.

TROPICAL CHICKEN SKEWERS
Pieces of tender breast of chicken glazed with Anthony's tropical marinade and skewered with pineapple. Served with a mango and papaya chutney.

SMOKED SALMON PINWHEELS
Cream cheese and green onions wrapped in smoked bacon

SOUTHWESTERN SPINACH DIP
Served with pumpernickel raisin squares

STUFFED CHERRY TOMATOES
Cherry tomatoes filled with boursin cheese.

SUSHI
Philadelphia, California and Tuna Rolls served with soy, ginger and wasabi
